At Preservation, we are obsessed with the art of slow distilling, and our Wheated Pot-Distilled Kentucky Bourbon is unlike anything else released in the past 50 years. Seven years aged in our barrel house, this bourbon presents a symphony of opulent, well-developed flavors: baklava, caramel, and toasted hazelnuts, with an irresistible creaminess and buttery mouthfeel that only comes from longer-aged, slow pot distillation.
Mash Bill: Local Artisan Corn, Harvest Wheat, Dark Toast Malted Barley.
