Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The bottle must not be damaged or used.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • photos of the damaged item
  • your order number

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
